Claim Your Build Number: To kick off the next step, we ask you to kindly place a $500 deposit. This is the start of our joint venture to create your bike from scratch. With this, you'll also snag your unique number, proudly stamped on your brass head badge. After processing your payment, we'll swiftly connect to discuss the specifics of your custom build.

Fit time: Our frames come in two options - our standard Woods sizing and custom sizing. Standard sizing geometry charts can be found on each bike’s page. If you choose custom sizing we tailor every aspect of the bike to match your unique requirements. Tailoring the bike's dimensions to suit your body prevents discomfort and enhances performance. It optimizes power transfer, reduces fatigue, and ensures a smooth, enjoyable cycling experience. A well-fitted bike is key to unlocking your full potential.
We kindly ask you now to provide us with your individual fit results or your desired geometry. Please get in touch if you need a professional bike fit recommendation for your locality. We will provide you with a document outlining the key points we need for your build. This data will determine final frame geometry, tubing selection and help influence component selection of your build.
Component Selection: If you're in need of additional parts to complement your frameset, we've got you covered. With access to an extensive selection of premium brands, we can assist with any level of build – from simply adding a bottom bracket to your frame to orchestrating a complete build. Let us handle the heavy lifting for you.

Paint Scheme: Choosing a paint scheme is a crucial decision, as it becomes a lasting expression of your personality and riding style. We settle paint details early in the design phase, ensuring you have ample time to make this important decision avoiding any delays in the later stages of the process.

Pre-Construction Sign Off: Now that all the important decisions are made and design work has been done we will provide you with your custom frame design and price package for your review and approval. If you want to make any final design changes, please let us know now.
Before our skilled hands start crafting in the workshop, we kindly ask for the 50% payment of the total build cost. This not only solidifies your design approval but also secures your spot in our build queue. You can expect your bike to be ready in 10-12weeks and in the meantime we'll keep you in the loop with exciting updates throughout the build process.

Post-Paint Assembly: Your bike has returned, freshly painted and ready for assembly. Now, as we piece everything together, we kindly ask for the final payment to ensure everything is seamlessly wrapped up.
Once your bike is assembled and tuned, you have two options: swing by to collect it in person or, for added convenience, with great care we'll pack it up and have it shipped directly to you.
